How does it work?
- Go to ‘Try At Home’ in the menu.
- From this specific page, add maximum 3 products to your cart.
- Inside the cart the selected items will automatically be recognized as ‘Try At Home’ and the displayed price behind the items will be 0 euros.
- The price you pay for the Try At Home Service will be 10 euros.
- You will receive the items within 1-3 business days.
- Try on your brand new items at home!
- After receiving the items you have 5 days to try it on and to decide whether you would like to keep or return the items.
- In the return portal you can easily indicate what you would like to keep, exchange or return, by marking the items you are planning to exchange or return.
- You can send the items you would like to return back to us, free of charge, preferably in the original package.
- If you decide to keep one or more items, you will receive an invoice via email for the items you would like to keep. The 10 euros you’ve already paid for the service will be settled on the total amount.
- We kindly ask you to pay the invoice within 5 days after receiving the invoice.

User policy Try At Home service
- For any Try At Home order there’s a maximum limit of 3 items.
- Enter a valid name, address, telephone number and email address.
- SEABASS reserves the right to cancel a Try At Home order if it doesn’t meet the above requirements.
- In case you would like to return, the goods should be in its original condition – new, unworn and unaltered with all original tags attached.
- SEABASS reserves the right to deny or reduce a refund if the goods do not meet the above requirements.
- Try At Home orders can not be combined with special offers.
