According to our privacy legislation we need to indicate which legal grounds we have to use your data. We have this data because of the contractual agreement between you and SEABASS.

Besides we use your data for legitimate interest to provide the most optimal and personal service. This shall apply to:

• Contact with our customer support

Who do we give access?  

SEABASS only gives third parties access to your data when that is necessary to help you. Examples includes delivery partners, suppliers or repairers, payment partners and IT providers. 

In case of suspicious situations we are obliged to share client data with authorities. 

SEABASS does not sell private data to third parties. 

 

Where do we save your data? 

We save your data at various databases. We have strict security measures at all time. 

 

For how long will we save your date? 

From the Tax Authorities we have an obligation to save our administration with your invoice, payment and order data for a period of 7 years.  

When you subscribed to our newsletter or have given permission to receive personal messages, we will save the permission for a period of 5 years. Also when you decide that you do not want to receive the newsletter or other personal messages anymore, we will save your withdraw of the request for a period of 5 years. 

 

What are your rights? 

You can always modify or delete your data in My Account. Of course you can also do this by sending us an email or post.
